Small Group Training sessions will consist of 30 min. of dynamic warm-up, mobility, speed, agility, and jump training. The second half of the workout will consist of strength and power training and always finishing with flexibility.
Note: The strength and power portion of the workouts will include programming specifically designed to improve strength, explosiveness, balance and control for volleyball athletes.

This system gives you the freedom to choose which days and times fit best with your schedule on a weekly basis. We ask that you book at least 24 hours in advance. If you choose to come 4 days in any given week, please include a day of rest in between.
Christian is a former college athlete, who helped lead the North Dakota State Bison football team to 4 consecutive National Titles at the FCS level. After redshirting his freshman year, Christian went on to set the NCAA record for most career starts (61). Elected as a captain his senior year, he started at cornerback and safety, while also returning punts during his career.
Christian has over five years of experience training athletes at the grade school, high school, collegiate, and professional level.
